Shipping Information

Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days of ordering after the payment process is finished; however, some orders may take up to 10 business days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. 

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within 10 days of placing your order.

Return Processing

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags and returned within 14 days from the date on which you received your package. 

For returns received within 10 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If received after 10 days, restocking fees will be charged. Please read our Terms of Service before proceeding with any of these.

Valid on select styles, only while supplies last. Offer valid online only. Marked price reflect savings off original ticketed price. No adjustment on prior purchases. Offer not valid on purchase of gift cards, previously purchased merchandise, taxes, or shipping. 

Please note. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.
Any item not in its original condition with obvious signs of use, damaged or missing parts are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send back the item along with the invoice and filled out Return Form to us for the refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges*. Once we receive your package, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. The charged shipping fee is not refundable. If you did qualify for free shipping; there will be a shipping charge that will be automatically deducted from the original amount to cover the shipping cost based on our shipping rate. Please indicate what items you’d like to return by filling out the Return Form at the bottom of this page. Please review the information to determine which return method works best for you. Note that your invoice and Return Form must be included in the package for your return to be processed. We will notify you with an email confirming that your return has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.

*For defective merchandise, refer to our damaged products policy.

**Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When purchasing through PayPal, three days will be given for your payment to process. If the order is pending for three or more days, the entire order will be canceled.

Web Return Policy

Merchandise (except Final Sale items) purchased online can only be returned through Website Returns Center for a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please refer to our damaged products policy.

For a different size/color, return the item in a timely manner and create a new order from the website.

Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the same value of your returned product. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged/Wrong Products

Stylebook Closet prides itself in quality products. However, there may be circumstances out of control in which merchandise may be damaged during transit. Mistakes can also happen so if you receive an item that is defective or if we sent you the wrong product, please return the merchandise within 10 days from the shipped date and contact us via email at contact@stylebookcloset.com. Use the pre-paid shipping label provided and tape on to your original box and packaging materials which you received. In your return package, include the invoice and Return Form (PDF link at the bottom of the page) along with your item(s). All tags must remain attached. If the item is not available for exchange, you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment used to make your purchase online. It will be your responsibility to inspect all goods once received and report the damage or shortage in a timely manner. We will gladly replace the good(s) if we still have it in stock, or issue an online credit that is equal in value to the returned good(s). Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed and sent out from the main office cannot be canceled.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it only if you claim it in a timely manner. For more info, please refer to our Return Policy.

- Include your completed Return Form and the invoice in its original package if possible.

  1. Ship it

- Options for sending your package:

UPS: Drop off at your nearest UPS location.
USPS (United States Postal Service): Drop off at your nearest post office or schedule a free at-home pick-up.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Using the pre-paid return label

Your package will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. No postage is required.

Please note: -$6.95 per returned package will be deducted from your refund when using the pre-paid label or depending on the situation additional charges may apply depending on the weight or based on our shipping standard for all returned item(s). 

Affix the pre-paid label to the package, drop it in the mail, give it to your postal carrier, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.

Refunds (if applicable)

Returns will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the delivery. Once your return is received and inspected (The item(s) must be in perfect condition and all internal labels must be intact). We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please read the Cancellation Policy, Return Policy and Terms of Service before proceeding with any of these. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, that your banking institution may require additional days (3-5 business days) to process and post transaction to your account once information is received from us.
